For enquiries or to make a booking, please contact the Booking Secretary

 Mrs Sara Sutton on 07850 280569  between the hours of10.00 - 17.00. If she is not available, kindly leave a message on her voicemail with details of which room, date and time you are looking for and any other requirements needed together with your telephone contact, and she will get back to you.

When the booking details are agreed and provisionally booked, the Bookings Secretary will email you the Booking Form/Hire Agreement, Conditions of Hire and an entry code and instructions for access to the room. A separate invoice with the payment information will also be emailed to you.

Once the Booking Form and payment are received by the Booking Secretary, the booking status becomes confirmed. Both need to be received by the due date given on the Booking form or the provisional booking may be cancelled. For FAQ’s please click here Please note we do not hire the halls out for private parties other than for primary school aged children ( afternoons only), and some fund raising events.

A £40 security deposit will also be required and returned if the hall/room is left clean and undamaged.  Higher rates apply for certain evening events.
