The booking process
When the booking details are agreed and provisionally booked, the Bookings Secretary will email:
Access Instructions.
A separate invoice with the payment information will also be emailed to you.
NB: Please note we do not hire the halls out for private parties/gatherings other than for primary school aged children, and some fund-raising events.
Casual hall hire rates
Colman Hall £25 per hour (Sat evening £30/hour)
JNA Hall £22 per hour (Sat evening £27/hour)
Meeting room £13 per hour (Sat evening £18/hour)
There is a discount for dance practice and charitable trusts, please contact the Bookings Secretary for more information.
A £100 security deposit will also be required and returned if the hall/room is left clean and undamaged and the barrier key/ lock, if used are returned. Higher rates apply for certain events.
